Joe Stelzer
Chair of Trustees
Joe is Chief Risk Officer at Cain, the global investment manager, and a member of its global investment committee. He was previously Managing Partner of Cavendish Corporate Finance for ten years and, before that, spent more than twenty years building Polaron, a technology group listed on AIM and later acquired by Cooper Industries. He is an engineering graduate of University College London.
H.E. Karen-Mae Hill OBE

Karen-Mae is Antigua and Barbuda’s High Commissioner to the United Kingdom and the founder of the Antigua & Barbuda Youth Symphony Orchestra, which she established in 2018. A barrister and the first Antiguan Rhodes Scholar at the University of Oxford, she spent more than fifteen years in banking and financial services. She is an accomplished pianist and was awarded an OBE for her work with young people.
Ann Chapman-Daniel
Trustee
Ann co-founded Minesoft, the global patent information company, in 1996 and helped grow it into a business twice recognised with the Queen’s Award for Enterprise. She was named Information Professional of the Year in 2019. Ann is a committed supporter of the arts and heritage and is a director of World Monuments Fund Britain and the Museum of Richmond.

Alison Morgan
Trustee
Alison is Chief Executive of the Jersey College for Girls Foundation, a Jersey charity that widens access to education through bursaries, runs programmes for young people including Polyphony music lessons, and leads the College’s alumnae community. She brings extensive experience of charity leadership and fundraising to the board.
